1. Using our shop

These terms apply to your use of Mama Miracle African Shop, including browsing groceries, placing orders, using loyalty features and applying to deliver orders. Provide accurate information and keep your account details secure. Do not misuse the service, access another person’s account or submit fraudulent orders.

2. Products, prices and allergens

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP). The checkout shows the applicable total, including any delivery charges and taxes, before payment. Products and offers are subject to availability. Product images are illustrative; packaging, weights and appearance may vary.

Check the product label for ingredients, allergens, preparation instructions and storage requirements before consuming any food. Contact the shop before ordering if you need information about a product or dietary requirement. Website descriptions do not replace the information on the supplied label.

3. Orders and payment

You are responsible for checking your basket, contact information, selected shop and delivery or collection details before placing an order. Payments are handled by the payment provider shown at checkout. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your request, not a guarantee that every item is available.

If we cannot fulfil an item, or identify a pricing error, we will contact you about the available options. Substitutions and additional charges require your agreement. Where payment has been taken for goods we cannot supply, you are entitled to the applicable refund.

4. Delivery and collection

Delivery availability depends on your location and the selected shop. Delivery estimates and tracking updates are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival times unless expressly agreed otherwise. Provide a correct address, a reachable phone number and any necessary access instructions.

For collection, wait for confirmation that your order is ready and collect from the shop identified on your order. Contact the shop promptly about missing, damaged, incorrect or unsafe items. Keep perishable goods appropriately stored after receipt.

5. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Contact the shop promptly if you need to cancel or amend an order. Whether an amendment is possible depends on preparation and delivery progress. Statutory cancellation rights may not apply to goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, or to certain sealed goods unsealed after delivery for health or hygiene reasons.

These exceptions do not remove your rights where goods are faulty, unsafe, not as described or otherwise fail to meet legal requirements. Eligible refunds and remedies are handled in accordance with applicable consumer law. You may use the Return an Order option or the shop contact details to raise a problem.

6. Loyalty points

Where offered, loyalty points are linked to the phone number supplied with your purchase. Earning and redemption conditions are those displayed for the relevant offer. Points have no cash value unless explicitly stated. Contact the shop to query a balance or an incorrect award.

7. Driver applications

Submitting a driver application does not guarantee approval, work or any particular earnings. Applicants must provide accurate vehicle, licence and supporting information and hold any legally required permissions and insurance. Delivery work may be subject to separate agreed terms. Drivers must use customer information only to fulfil authorised deliveries.

8. Content and service availability

Shop branding and website content are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. You may use the site for its intended shopping and delivery purposes, but must not copy or exploit protected content without permission. The site may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or technical reasons.

9. Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts your statutory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Applicable UK law governs your consumer rights; these terms do not prevent you from using the protections or courts available in your place of residence.

10. Privacy and changes

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is used. We may update these terms to reflect changes to our services or legal requirements. The version applicable when you place your order governs that order. The last-updated date above identifies this version.
